Senior Backend Software Engineer

We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our team and work on a US-based product. 🔹 Role Requirements (Must-Have): Strong hands-on experience with Java 21 (4+ years)Expert-level experience with Spring Boot (4+ years)Solid background in API development & microservices architecture🔹 Preferred Skills: Experience with AWS (SDK / cloud services)Knowledge of CI/CD, testing, and modern backend practicesAny frontend exposure (React / Next.js) is a plus🔹 Tech Stack (Self-rating 1–10): Java 21Spring BootAWSREST APIs / MicroservicesCI/CD / DevOpsAI-assisted dev tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, etc.) – optional🔹 Engagement Details: Full-time roleMinimum 12-month commitmentStart ASAP (within max 2 weeks)🔹 Working Model: Remote-first (with occasional office visits if needed)4–5 hours daily overlap with US timeTypical hours: 10 AM – 7 PM or 11 AM – 8 PM (flexible)🔹 Candidate Profile: Strong English communication skills (8/10+)Experience working with US clients is a plusProactive, responsive, and team-oriented
