With technical deployment and customer impact at the core of the GTM strategy, this Forward Deployed Engineer role is critical to how the product gets adopted, expanded, and defined in the real world. Location: London, England Role: Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will own the technical success and real-world application of the platform across a number of our largest customers. This is a highly strategic, customer-facing engineering role focused on building, deploying, and iterating on solutions... not support. You’ll work directly with senior stakeholders (engineering, product, and leadership) to turn ambiguous problems into production-grade systems that influence real decisions. Responsibilities: Own the technical relationship for a portfolio of enterprise customersScope and break down ambiguous, high-impact problems into solvable componentsDesign and build production-grade systems (APIs, data pipelines, integrations)Deploy solutions into real-world workflows that directly influence decision-makingAct as a trusted advisor to senior engineers, architects, and executivesTranslate customer use cases into actionable product and engineering insightsPartner closely with Product and Engineering to shape roadmap and capabilitiesHelp define and scale how this technology is applied across industries Requirements: MUST HAVE A STEM degreeStrong software engineering fundamentals (Python, TypeScript, or similar)Experience building backend systems, data pipelines, or distributed systemsComfortable working with APIs, integrations, and modern infrastructureAbility to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with minimal structureStrong communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiencesExperience in customer-facing technical roles (FDE) is beneficial but not required
