Lead Data & Cloud Engineer

AI Futures are working with a mobility specialist client who are the No. 1 in their category and are expanding their Data & Cloud team. About the Role They're rebuilding their Data Warehouse into a modern, cloud-native Lakehouse on Azure, using Databricks, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines. They're looking for a Senior/Lead who can take real ownership across both Data Engineering and the DevOps side. What You'll Do Design and build a cloud-native Lakehouse architecture on Azure using DatabricksOwn infrastructure design and automation using Terraform (IaC)Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support fast, reliable deploymentsSet up monitoring, alerting, and performance/cost optimization across cloud environmentsImplement and maintain cloud security and compliance standardsTake end-to-end ownership of the platform from architecture decisions to day-to-day operations What We're Looking For Hands-on experience with Azure data engineeringExperience with Azure Kubernetes clustersStrong Databricks experienceA solid DevOps/IaC background (Terraform, CI/CD) you're comfortable owning infrastructure, not just writing pipelines.Minimum German (C1)Based in Hamburg, willing to work 3-5 days a week in Hamburg office.
