[Job Responsibilities] Core Backend Development: Lead the core development of backend business systems; build microservices based on Spring Boot and Spring Cloud to support financial core modules such as orders, billing, wallets, and settlements.NetSuite Customization & Integration: Responsible for secondary development and scripting on the NetSuite platform; utilize SuiteScript for business logic customization, implement system integration via SuiteTalk/REST API, and configure workflows using SuiteFlow.System O&M & Optimization: Participate in daily system operations, feature iterations, and process automation to continuously improve financial business efficiency and system stability. [Job Requirements] Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management, or related majors; 3+ years of experience in enterprise-level system implementation or development.NetSuite Expertise: Proven experience in Oracle NetSuite implementation or secondary development; familiar with core platform components including SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.Frontend/Scripting Skills: Proficient in JavaScript with hands-on project experience in SuiteScript 1.0/2.0.Backend Skills: Solid Java backend development capabilities; proficient in Spring Boot and Spring Cloud frameworks; experienced in distributed system development.Middleware: Familiar with message queues (e.g., Kafka/RabbitMQ), caching (Redis), and distributed transactions.Database: Familiar with PostgreSQL database; strong SQL writing and performance tuning skills.API Integration: Familiar with RESTful API design and integration; experienced in interfacing with third-party systems.Soft Skills: Strong requirements analysis and cross-departmental collaboration skills; ability to proactively drive problem-solving.Documentation: Excellent documentation skills with project management awareness; capable of independently delivering modules. [Language Requirements] Bilingual Communication: Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese; capable of conducting daily requirements alignment and technical solution discussions with APAC (Asia-Pacific) and European teams. [Preferred Qualifications / Pluses] Certifications: Holder of NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, Developer, etc.).Domain Background: Experience in developing financial/fintech systems such as billing, wallet settlement, or online payment; background in 2B SaaS projects is highly preferred.
