(ONSITE) Software Engineer

We are seeking a Software Engineer - Organizations (Country & Organization Work Profiles) to serve as the frontend technical anchor for reusable profile creation, management, and presentation experiences. The role focuses on building platform-first UI flows across wallet and enterprise-facing surfaces for verified work and organization profiles, rather than a single point solution. General information This engagement supports an Organizations team building a platform layer that issues, manages, and presents Work and Organization Profiles: verified records that establish a person’s relationship to a country or employer and unlock access to resources based on those relationships. The platform supports 2 complementary profile types. Country Work Profiles establish authorization to work in a given country or a basis of citizenship for use cases such as employment compliance, access gating, and procurement eligibility. Organization Work Profiles establish employment relationships to specific organizations for use cases such as credentialing, workplace access, benefits, and contractor authorization. The focus is the underlying platform capability, with flows designed to be reusable across profile types and future use cases. Tasks and Deliverables - Design and implement profile creation and verification flows, including document capture, identity proofing, attestation, and profile writing. - Build composable member-facing flows reusable across Country Work, Organization Work, Military, and future profile types. - Architect the wallet UI for displaying, managing, and presenting profiles as verified credentials. - Implement credential status and lifecycle experiences, including valid, expiring, and revoked states. - Build presentation flows for resources that require a specific verified profile. - Implement employer, agent, and enterprise interfaces that consume profiles to gate access to resources. - Build configurable enterprise tools spanning I-9 Section 2 completion, QA tooling, credentialing dashboards, and reporting surfaces. - Establish a reusable frontend platform through shared components, state management patterns, and API integration abstractions. - Define frontend standards for form validation, error handling, multi-step flows, provider integrations, testing, and code quality. - Partner with design and product to translate eligibility rules, organizational relationships, and access policies into clear UI experiences. - Ensure performance, accessibility, analytics instrumentation, error monitoring, and cross-device reliability across profile experiences. - Champion AI-forward engineering practices for code generation, test coverage, documentation, and UI iteration. Required experience - At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience. - Deep expertise in frontend and full-stack web development. - Expert-level proficiency in React and TypeScript. - Track record building complex, multi-step form flows and consumer-facing experiences at scale. - Strong understanding of state management, async data patterns, and frontend performance optimization. - Experience designing and implementing document capture or file upload flows. - Proven ability to lead frontend technical initiatives end-to-end with minimal oversight. - Strong collaboration and communication skills across design, product, and backend engineering. Nice to have: - Experience building identity verification, credentialing, or eligibility flows. - Familiarity with profile-based or attribute-based access control models. - Background in employment compliance, professional credentialing, enterprise access management, or member benefits. - Experience with digital wallet or credential management experiences. - Familiarity with OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and token-based authentication flows. - Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, government services, or financial services. - Startup or high-growth company experience.
