Our team is growing quickly, bringing together highly capable people from Oxford, Cambridge and leading technology backgrounds. We’re now looking for a DevOps Engineer who wants to play a key role in building the infrastructure that powers the next stage of the company. The role As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll work closely with engineering and product teams to build, automate and scale our infrastructure. You’ll have genuine ownership and the opportunity to shape how we deploy, monitor and operate AI-driven products at scale. You’ll be involved in: Designing and maintaining reliable, scalable cloud infrastructureBuilding and improving CI/CD pipelines and deployment processesAutomating infrastructure and engineering workflowsSupporting highly available production environmentsMonitoring performance, reliability and securityWorking closely with engineers to improve developer experienceHelping establish robust infrastructure practices as the company scalesWorking with modern infrastructure and tooling across an AI/LLM-focused technology stack What we’re looking for We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical fundamentals with a pragmatic, ownership-driven mindset. You’ll ideally have experience with: 2+ years of professional DevOps / Infrastructure / Cloud Engineering experienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related technical disciplineStrong Python programming skillsStrong AWS experience and understanding of core AWS servicesSolid understanding of Linux, networking and cloud infrastructureExperience with CI/CD and infrastructure automationExperience with containers and modern deployment practicesStrong understanding of monitoring, observability and production systemsA proactive, ownership-driven approach to engineering #DevOps #DevOpsEngineer #AI #LLM #ArtificialIntelligence #Cloud #Infrastructure #LondonJobs #TechJobs #Hiring #EngineeringJobs
