Software Engineer

Job Description: As a Software Engineer in FSA Tooling you'll work on modern web based engineering solutions with a strong focus on agentic application engineering. Youll design and build capabilities that integrate data and workflows across our architecture ecosystem using technologies such as Nodejs Java relational databases particularly PostgreSQL and web UI frameworks. This is a senior hands-on role for someone who goes beyond writing codeable to architect solutions orchestrate and manage autonomous AI agents that build test and deploy software and embed robust integration patterns eg MCP and tool function calling to ensure reliability in production. Youll collaborate closely with architects platform teams and engineers globally helping us deliver smarter tooling and better outcomes faster What you'll do Design build and maintain internal tooling that supports Future State Architecture FSA across CTOPlatforms with a focus on production grade reliability and usabilityDevelop backend services and APIs using Nodejs and/or Java integrating with relational databases especially PostgreSQL and other enterprise data sourcesBuild and enhance web UI components to enable intuitive workflows for architects and engineering teams using the toolingApply agentic engineering practices to orchestrate autonomous AI agents that can build test and deploy software ensuring appropriate controls and observabilityImplement robust integration patterns eg MCP and tool function calling to connect tools safely and consistently across the architecture ecosystemCollaborate with architects platform engineers and stakeholders to translate future state architecture needs into clear technical designs and deliverablesEnsure solutions meet engineering standards including security performance resilience testing and documentation expectationsContribute to continuous improvement of the toolchain and ways of working including code reviews automation and operational support for live services What you need to have to succeed in this role Strong software engineering capability in Nodejs and/or JavaRelational database expertise particularly PostgreSQL data modelling query optimizationWeb UI development experience modern JavaScript TypeScript frameworksAgentic application engineering knowledge including orchestration of autonomous AI agentsIntegration pattern expertise eg MCP tool function calling API designProduction engineering mindset security resilience performance observability automated testingSolution design and architecture skills for internal platforms and toolingStrong English communication skills and stakeholder collaboration in a global environmentSkills Mandatory Skills : Java, Node.js, PostgreSQL Recruiter's Email : shikharsharma@thriveitsystems.com
