L2 Data Center Engineer - Tallinn, Estonia (On Site) You'll be joining one of the fastest growing AI infrastructure companies in the world, at the heart of the GPU clusters powering some of the most advanced AI platforms on the planet. As a senior member of the IT operations team, you'll take ownership of complex hardware issues across high performance server environments, working closely with infrastructure engineers and L3 specialists in a rapidly scaling AI cloud environment. This is a hands on technical role with direct exposure to cutting edge GPU infrastructure and enterprise hardware, at a scale few companies in Europe can offer. Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve complex hardware faults across enterprise servers and GPU clusters.Investigate hardware incidents, implement workarounds and drive permanent resolutions.Provide advanced L1/L2 support through the ticketing system while escalating where appropriate.Work closely with Infrastructure Engineers and L3 teams on complex diagnostics and root cause analysis.Support server, storage and basic network infrastructure within the data centre.Improve operational procedures, documentation and technical knowledge sharing across the team. Required Skills & Experience Strong experience supporting enterprise server hardware within a data centre environment.Advanced hardware troubleshooting and break/fix experience.Strong Linux/Unix command line skills.Experience with monitoring tools, diagnostics and hardware performance analysis.Knowledge of networking fundamentals and basic network troubleshooting.Excellent troubleshooting mindset with experience working to SLAs in a production environment.
