Description
We are looking for an AWS Full Stack Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications leveraging modern web technologies and AWS cloud services.
Duties and Responsibilities
Build intuitive and responsive front-end interfaces using React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices using Node.js, .NET, Java, or Python.
Create integration solutions connecting cloud and enterprise applications.
Design and implement cloud-native solutions using AWS services including Lambda, EC2, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, and CloudWatch.
Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation.
Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives for client environments.
Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and governance standards.
Engage directly with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Participate in workshops, solution design sessions, and technical discovery activities.
Provide technical expertise and recommendations aligned with industry best practices.
Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, AWS Code Pipeline, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery activities.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support during project delivery.
Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and reusable accelerators.
Working Conditions:
Employment Type – Permanent full time Office Location – Sydney, Melbourne (preferred) and / or Brisbane Travel Opportunities – Occasional business travel.
What will make you successful in this role?
4+ years of experience in Full Stack Software Development.Strong proficiency in: JavaScript/TypeScript HTML5, CSS3 React, Angular, or Vue.js Backend development experience with: Node.js Java/Spring Boot .NET Core Python Hands-on experience developing and deploying applications on AWS.
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.
Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases: PostgreSQL MySQL SQL Server DynamoDB MongoDB Experience using Git and modern development practices.
Experience with Docker and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Desired Qualifications
AWS Certified Developer Associate, AWS Solutions Architect Associate, or equivalent certification.
Consulting or professional services experience.
Experience with enterprise-scale cloud transformation programs.
Knowledge of security frameworks and cloud governance models.
Experience with serverless architecture and event-driven design patterns.
Familiarity with monitoring and observability platforms such as CloudWatch, Datadog, Splunk, or New Relic.
