Contracts Manager Amsterdam €120,000 - €140,000 + Stay Away Expensed + Discretionary Bonus + Pension + Holidays + Private Medical Insurance + Package + Technical Progression + Immediate Start Take on the role of Contracts Manager with a rapidly growing mechanical subcontractor operating across the data centre and mission-critical construction sector. This is a senior commercial and operational position, offering the opportunity to take ownership of major mechanical packages on high-value projects, with a clear route into senior management. Reporting directly into senior leadership, you will take responsibility for the successful commercial and operational delivery of mechanical contracts from pre-construction and procurement through to completion, commissioning and final account. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, commercially and to programme, while maintaining strong relationships with clients, principal contractors, suppliers and internal delivery teams. This is a hands-on role where your ability to manage contracts, identify commercial opportunities, control risk and drive delivery will be critical.
