Job DescriptionReporting to the Strategic Partnerships Lead, this role will drive a portfolio of regional and country-level partnerships across Pandora markets (foodpanda, Foodora, Yemeksepeti). The role combines commercial deal-making with hands-on campaign execution, hunting new partner opportunities, holding live relationships and optimising campaign performance in the market. Key Responsibilities Own a portfolio of regional partner conversations end-to-end from initial outreach and commercial structuring through to legal alignment, GTM and go-liveWork closely with country MDO teams on local partnerships, providing frameworks, joining partner conversations, driving closure and unblocking negotiationsOptimise live campaigns : monitor performance, iterate on offer construct, coordinate with growth and analytics to improve incrementality and ROIBuild and manage pipeline : prospect new partners across banking, fintech, telco, e-commerce and travel categories, prioritising by opportunity size and strategic fitManage external partner relationships : act as the day-to-day partner point of contact for the portfolio, ensuring smooth commercial and operational executionCoordinate across internal stakeholders : legal, product, marketing, growth and country teams to move partnerships forwardContribute to charter reporting : pipeline updates, campaign performance and CXO-level reviews
