Lead Software Engineer - .NET / TypeScript / React

LEAD ENGINEER | .NET / TYPESCRIPT / REACT | HYBRID (UK) | UP TO £120K Are you a technical consultant at heart, not just a developer who happens to be good at .NET? We're recruiting a Lead Engineer on behalf of a fast moving UK tech consultancy about to kick off several new client projects. This is a hands on leadership role for someone who wants to own delivery, not just contribute to it. THE ROLE Our client is looking for a Lead Engineer to sit at the front of client engagements: building, architecting and leading a small team, while being the person a client trusts to take control of a project from day one. Own CI/CD pipeline build out from the ground upWork hands on with AWS and cloud frameworksLead and mentor a small engineering teamBe the technical face of the project on client siteHelp shape delivery approach and technical direction as new projects kick off over the coming weeks WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Strong hands on background in .NET, with solid TypeScript and React experienceSomeone who builds things, not just configures or uses tools others have builtA confident communicator who's comfortable leading, pushing back where needed, and owning outcomes on a client siteRight to work in the UK without the need for visa sponsorship, as this role is unable to offer it WORKING MODEL Primarily remoteOne day a week in our London officeRoughly one day a week on client site, depending on the project Sound like you, or someone in your network?
