About The Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated .NET Backend Developer (m/w/d) to join our team at our headquarters in Gronau. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend systems that support our innovative retail solutions, including our hybrid showroom and dealer app. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration and performance of our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in C# and .NET Core, with a passion for creating high-quality, scalable web APIs and optimizing database performance. Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a relevant educational background in software development or computer science, complemented by professional experience in backend development. Proven expertise in C#, .NET Core, and SQL is essential. Familiarity with frameworks like SignalR and proficiency in version control systems such as Git are highly desirable. Experience working within agile development environments (SCRUM, Kanban) is important, along with a keen interest in emerging technologies and innovative solutions. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team are critical for success in this role. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend systems to support our retail platforms, including our hybrid showroom and dealer app.Implement high-performance web APIs using C# and .NET Core to ensure robust and scalable solutions.Conduct thorough code reviews, optimize existing codebases, and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.Manage and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal performance.Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless digital experiences.Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.Stay updated on the latest industry trends and incorporate innovative technologies into ongoing projects.
