About the Role We're looking for an experienced Software Product Manager to define and lead the vision for ZutaCore's software platform. This isn't another SaaS product. You'll shape the software that enables operators of high-performance AI data centers to monitor, manage, optimize, and scale some of the world's most advanced computing environments. You'll work across software, hardware, product, engineering, customers, and commercial teams to create an integrated platform that bridges physical infrastructure with intelligent software. This is a highly visible role with significant ownership and the opportunity to influence both product strategy and company direction. Responsibilities Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for ZutaCore's software platform.Work directly with customers to deeply understand their operational challenges and translate their needs into innovative product capabilities.Define product requirements, user stories, and feature prioritization that drive customer value.Partner closely with software engineering to deliver high-impact products from concept through launch.Collaborate with hardware product managers to create seamless hardware-software experiences.Help shape commercial strategy, including product packaging and pricing.Analyze customer feedback, competitive trends, and emerging technologies to guide product decisions.Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Field Engineering to ensure successful product adoption.Balance immediate customer needs with long-term product strategy. Qualifications 5+ years of Product Management experience building enterprise software and/or SaaS products.A proven track record of defining product strategy, creating roadmaps, and delivering products from concept to market.Experience gathering customer requirements and transforming them into clear, actionable product plans.Experience with technologies such as: Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM), Infrastructure monitoring, Telemetry platforms, Digital Twin solutions, Data center management softwareThe ability to connect hardware and software into a cohesive customer experience.Strong technical curiosity and the confidence to collaborate with highly technical engineering teams.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment. Bonus Points If You Have Experience with AI infrastructure, HPC, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise data centers.Knowledge of observability platforms, infrastructure APIs, or systems management.Experience launching infrastructure software products.Experience defining software licensing, pricing, or commercial packaging.Familiarity with enterprise hardware ecosystems.
