The rapid development of charging technologies, power electronics integration, and localized supply chains creates significant opportunities and challenges for future vehicle platforms.The Charging & High Voltage Systems team is responsible for the development, localization, validation, and innovation of high-voltage charging components in China.A key focus of this position is the technical development of On-Board Charger (OBC) and DC-DC Converter systems for Mercedes-Benz Large Segment platforms.This role is responsible for defining component requirements, driving supplier development activities, evaluating future technology concepts, and ensuring Mercedes-Benz standards for quality, performance, cost, and timing.
