Your opportunity
As CloudOps Engineer - GCP, you will play a key role in the operation, optimisation and continuous improvement of Scentre Group’s Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
You’ll ensure our cloud platforms are stable, secure and efficient, while driving automation, standardisation and self-service capabilities across engineegin, data, integration and analytics teams.

Operate, maintain and improve GCP-based cloud platforms, ensuring high availability, performance and securityManage core services including networking, IAM, Kubernetes (GKE), storage and data platformsBuild and maintain infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines to enable serlf-serviceMonitor platform health, reliability, capacity and cost, proactively addressing riskSupport and scale Kubernetes environments (GKE/Rancher) across the platform lifecycleDrive cloud governance, security and cost optimisation upliftTroubleshoot and resolve complex incidents and platform issues (including on-call support)Collaborate with engineering, data and vendor teams to deliver continuous platform improvements
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for a hands-on CloudOps engineer with strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform and experience operating at enterprise scale.
Proven experience with GCP, including networking (VPC), IAM, Kubernetes (GKE) and core cloud servicesStrong hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code, delivering automated, scalable platformsExperience with CI/CD and DevOps toolchains (e.g.
