Job Responsibilities Design, develop, and iterate on core platform features across the frontend and backendTurn business requirements into clear data models, service APIs, and technical solutionsBuild reliable backend services with strong attention to data security, stability, and scalabilityIntegrate AI into concrete product workflows, ensuring outputs are understandable, verifiable, and reversibleWork closely with product, design, and business partners to turn complex capabilities into simple, usable experiencesContribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and engineering practices that improve delivery quality and speed Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.3+ years of full-stack or full-stack-leaning experience, with the ability to own features from design through productionStrong computer science fundamentals, with solid skills in system design, coding, and troubleshootingFamiliarity with modern web application architecture and common engineering practicesExperience with relational databases and file/object storage, including access control and data isolationStrong product sense, with the ability to balance business goals and technical trade-offsInterested in the practical application of AI technologies and comfortable using AI-assisted development tools to improve delivery efficiency while maintaining code quality, security, and reliability.
