You will collaborate with various departments to create innovative products that resonate with our customers. Key facts Location: Geelong Region, Victoria Engagement: Full-time Team: Cotton On Kids What you'll do Collaborate with design and merchandising teams to develop product ranges for Cotton On Kids. Oversee the product development process from initial concept to final production, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Requirements A minimum of 3 years of experience in product development or a related field, preferably in the fashion industry. A degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related discipline. Strong understanding of garment construction and manufacturing processes. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
