Why this role matters As a Senior Database Engineer at Exness, you will join a senior team of database engineers and platform engineers responsible for the company’s large-scale database and data platform infrastructure. The team operates hundreds of production database clusters across PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ClickHouse, Cassandra, and other distributed data systems powering critical global workloads. In addition to operating these environments, the team develops internal platform solutions and automation tooling that enable reliability, scalability, observability, and efficient self-service operations across the engineering organization. This is not a traditional DBA role. The position combines database engineering, platform engineering, automation, and reliability engineering. You will work on high-scale systems, improve operational excellence, automate complex workflows, and help evolve the next generation of Exness’s internal data platform capabilities. The role is based in our office in Limassol, Cyprus. In case of relocation, we offer full relocation support for you and your family to make your move smooth and worry-free.
