About the Position We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer responsible for developing tools and infrastructure used by Quantitative Researchers. In this role, you will be working with others to provide cutting-edge technology solutions that improve our existing trading architecture. How You Will Make an Impact Develop and maintain algorithmic trading infrastructureImprove performance and latency characteristics of critical software componentsBuild and maintain tools for data processing, model evaluation, and system monitoringContribute to architectural decisions and long-term technical directionCollaborate with researchers and engineers on implementation detailsDebug and resolve issues in production-grade systems What You Bring to the Team Deep understanding of one of the following languages: C#, Rust, C++, C, Java, Golang, Assembly. If you use a feature, we expect you to understand how it works and why it exists.You can explain where performance comes from and why some code is faster or slower — whether for technical or algorithmic reasons. We Would Consider as an Advantage Familiarity with AWS and LinuxExperience in low-level developmentExperience and knowledge in quantitative finance or algorithmic trading What Does Not Matter Years of experience — mastery takes time, but we don’t put arbitrary numbers on it.Your previous industry — finance or trading experience is not required.
