About the roleRemedora gives brands and founders the pieces they need to launch a telehealth offering under their own name: licensed prescriber networks, pharmacy fulfillment, e-prescribing infrastructure, and integrated payments.
We're a small team, so this role covers a lot of ground.
You'd own features from the migration all the way through to the shipped build.
What you'd doBuild and maintain our multi-tenant Laravel platform, where one config-driven codebase powers dozens of separately branded client deploymentsBuild and maintain integrations with e-prescribing platforms, pharmacy systems, and EHR data exchangeOwn the queue and webhook layer that keeps prescription, fulfillment, and payment state in sync across partners, all of whom fail in their own creative waysWork on payments infrastructure, including tenant-scoped billing and tokenized payment flowsHandle PHI carefully: encryption, access control, audit logging, and least-privilege data access built in from the start
RequirementsAround 3 to 5 years of professional software engineering experienceProduction Laravel experience and comfort with modern PHP, 8.1 or laterStrong Eloquent and SQL.
