Job Overview And Responsibilities The Senior Software Developer will be responsible for the development of critical applications, while working with a team of developers. This role will design, develop, document, test and debug new and existing applications. Additionally, this role will build these applications with a focus on delivering cloud-based solutions. The individual will use groundbreaking technologies and enterprise grade integration software daily and will be relied upon to help take the team to the next level from a technological standpoint. Manages and participates in full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design using Agile methodologiesServe as technical expert on development projectsWrite technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirementsSupport, maintain, and document software functionalityIdentify and evaluate new technologies for implementationAnalyze code to find causes of errors and revise programs as neededManagers and participates in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirementsCollaborate & lead tech teams consisting of employees & vendor company contractors in planning and execution, serving as an technology leader Collaborate with end user to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs to meet needs Qualifications What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications): Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems or related field4+ years of experience in design, development, documenting, testing, and debugging of new and existing software systems and/or applications for market sale or large-scale proprietary software for internal use in an agile environmentExperience implementing AWS technologies (such as Lambda, Step Functions, CloudWatch, CloudFront, Cognito, route53, Dynamo DB, ECS, EC2, S3, RDS, API Gateway)Experience with Cloud Automation Development Tool such as GitHands-on development and proficient excellence in backend API developmentStrong knowledge of Microsoft .NET Framework, Microsoft NET Core, SQL, NoSQL and Design PatternsExcellent knowledge of Object-Oriented systems design and Application DevelopmentMust be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorshipSuccessful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications): Airlines industry experience is a plusAWS highly preferredNode.JS, Java or PythonPython/Bash/PowerShell Scripting The base pay range for this role is $112,480.00 to $146,540.00. The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
