About The Job Within SM.I.LE80 engineering organization we are looking for senior software engineer who can actively and effectively contribute to the evolution of SM.I.LE80 product, bringing in his experience and willing to learn about the unique blend of robotics, software engineering, automation and networking we have. Responsibilities In an highly collaborative context co-lead and contribute to the software design & development/testing activities necessary to deliver new features/value as part of the SM.I.LE80 ecosystem evolution.Tightly collaborate with peers, both intra team and with other teams/functions. Take care of the code, that everybody owns, ensuring it evolves organically. Pursue to be elegant and efficient at the same time. Quality is everybody responsibility.Help building and maintaining the holistic view of the systemAbility to document requirements and specifications. Foster knowledge sharing, prepare and deliver trainings as needed. Requiriments Master Degree in software/computer science engineering or equivalent10+ years of working experience in the software engineering space5+ years of deep working experience with .Net Core/C#Proven experience with software design patterns and OOD, DDD, TDD methodologiesExtensive working experience on Relational Databases (SQL Server / PostgreSQL). Deep knowledge of SQL (T/SQL) programmingand usage of ORM frameworksWorking experience with microservice / event driven architectures and related patterns / technologies, including APIs, messagebrokers, containers/docker, etcExperience with Web services / API developmentExperience with unit test tools and hands on with Git & Git-flowFluent English Preferred Qualifications Working experience within the industrial automation, telco or mission critical software is highly appreciatedWorking experience with BPNM/Workflow engines and BRE/Rules Engines, together with interest in operations research and routing algorithms are highly appreciated.Working experience with cloud native software applications, both in private/hybrid environments and hosted on the major public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, etc).
