Workato Platform Development & AdministrationStrong experience with Workato recipes, connectors, workflows, and integrationsIntegration architecture, design, development, and optimizationREST and SOAP APIs, including custom connector developmentExperience creating reusable templates, components, and automation patternsIntegration governance, standards, and best practicesError handling, monitoring, logging, alerting, and troubleshootingIntegration testing, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Experience troubleshooting integration failures, performance issues, and production defectsBusiness process automation and workflow optimizationStrong understanding of data mapping, integration dependencies, and workflow architectureTechnical documentation for recipes, connectors, configurations, workflows, and operational proceduresAbility to assess, consolidate, simplify, and retire legacy integrationsExperience with platform upgrades, enhancements, and change managementStrong production support and technical escalation experienceAbility to evaluate business and technical requirements and prioritize integration solutionsStrong collaboration and communication skills with technical and business teamsAbility to provide technical recommendations on Workato capabilities, connectors, and automation opportunities
