[SW] AI Agent-Based Workflow Automation Engineer

Frontier of On-device AI Semiconductorsfor Everyone, Everywhere Responsibilities □ Build and operate an on-premises LLM-based Code Agent workflow infrastructure (orchestration, tool registry, permissions, audit logs) □ Integrate agents with enterprise systems (e.g., Slack, Jira/Confluence, CRM/ERP, internal DBs) via APIs/webhooks □ Implement reliability patterns: retries, timeouts, idempotency, fallbacks, and human-in-the-loop handoff □ Establish evaluation & observability: regression tests, task success metrics, monitoring, and incident response playbooks □ Optimize developer and automation pipelines using open-source tools and agent APIs (cost/latency/quality tuning) Qualifications □ Proven experience shipping LLM/agent workflows to production used by real users or real operations (evidence: demo, repo, write-up, architecture) □ Hands-on experience with LangGraph, n8n, OpenAI Agents SDK, or similar agent/workflow orchestration tools □ Experience building LLM-powered automation or developer tooling (e.g., code agents, internal platforms, workflow engines) □ Strong engineering fundamentals in Python and/or TypeScript, API integration, and systems debugging □ Practical experience implementing guardrails (access control, safe tool execution, prompt-injection defenses, logging/auditing) Preferred Qualifications □ Strong interest in emerging foundation models (e.g., Claude, Mistral) and agent trends; ability to evaluate trade-offs pragmatically □ Familiarity with Cursor or other AI-augmented coding environments and productivity workflows □ Experience with static code analysis, repo-scale automation, and building CI/CD pipelines (quality gates, security checks) □ Experience deploying on-prem services (containers/Kubernetes, secrets management, network policies) and operating them reliably Recruitment Process □ Application Review - (Phone Interview) - Technical Interview - Organizational Culture Fit Interview - CEO Interview - Reference Check / Compensation Discussion ※ The recruitment process may vary depending on the position and application content. ※ Candidates with less than 3 years of experience are required to submit their academic transcripts.
