Integration Developer

About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Integration Developer - Workato to develop and maintain integrations between enterprise systems. This role will work closely with corporate systems and HR teams to automate workflows, connect applications, and ensure reliable data flow across the organization. Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy Workato recipes to integrate enterprise applications and automate business workflows.Build custom Workato connectors using the Workato SDK when out-of-the-box connectors are not available.Manage the integration lifecycle, including environments, deployments, and releases.Document data mappings, transformations, and integration/recipe details.Monitor platform performance, task consumption, job runs, and integration failures.Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate integrations and business use cases before production deployment.Communicate integration changes, planned deployments, and system issues to stakeholders and relevant teams.Troubleshoot integration issues and help maintain reliable, scalable integrations across enterprise applications. Required Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on Workato development experience, with a strong track record of building and deploying enterprise integrations.Experience building and managing a significant volume of Workato recipes.Strong understanding of API development and integration.Proficiency with REST and SOAP architectures.Understanding of authentication methods including OAuth, Basic Authentication, JWT, and similar approaches.Strong logical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Experience integrating with enterprise platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, ZOHO, or similar systems.Experience with identity and access management platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID or Okta.SQL experience preferred.
