Founded by a successful entrepreneur who previously scaled Cellcraft to a Series A, IRIS OS automates warm introductions for founders by mapping and activating global relationship data. Job Description Join IRIS OS as the founding technical leader to architect an AI-driven "network operating system" from zero to one. You will build autonomous agents that live across email, WhatsApp, and web, designed to democratize access to capital for exceptional founders globally. This is a hands-on role shaping the technical and ethical foundation of relationship intelligence. Location Remote Why this role is remarkable You will build a category-defining AI product that moves the needle on capital allocation, starting by supporting underrepresented female founders across Europe.Work directly with a second-time founder with a proven track record of raising VC capital, ensuring the vision is backed by deep market insight.Own the entire technical roadmap and architecture with significant founding equity, evolving from an individual builder into the leader of an engineering organization. What You Will Do Architect and deploy secure, serverless AI systems that translate complex real-world network behaviors into intelligent, automated fundraising workflows.Build and iterate on autonomous agents that integrate seamlessly with tools founders use daily, including WhatsApp, email, and mobile platforms.Implement rigorous AI governance and bias-mitigation frameworks to ensure the platform’s matching logic remains fair, transparent, and responsible. The ideal candidate Proven AI engineering expertise with hands-on experience shipping LLM-powered products or agentic workflows into production environments.Previous experience as a founder or a founding engineer who thrives in high-ambiguity environments and can move from MVP to scale rapidly.Strong product intuition with a preference for friction-free data capture and background intelligence over complex, traditional user interfaces.
