What You'll Do Identify and engage prospective B2B clients through outbound sales activities. Build and nurture strong customer relationships. Generate new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline. Present tailored solutions that meet client needs. Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to overall business growth. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. What We're Looking For Fluent German and English. Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience. Experience in SaaS, IT, Cloud, Ad Sales, or Digital Marketing/Google Ads is highly preferred. Proven experience working towards sales KPIs and closing deals. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable with outbound prospecting and working in a target-driven environment. Willingness to relocate to Krakow, Poland.
