Software Engineer

Senior AI/ML Engineer A leading international health-tech organisation is looking for a technical expert to join their innovation team. The successful candidate will drive the development of next-generation AI platforms to improve global healthcare delivery. This role focuses on translating advanced technological concepts into scalable, value-driven solutions within a dynamic and mission-oriented environment. What you'll be doing • Building and evolving a production-grade AI knowledge platform to ensure reliable and cost-effective LLM services. • Designing and implementing end-to-end Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for real-world product use cases. • Managing and optimising vector databases and search infrastructures to ensure low latency and high data relevance. • Orchestrating AI workflows and managing the lifecycle of embedding models and large language models. • Defining architectural standards and evaluation frameworks in collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams. What we're looking for • Extensive experience building and operating RAG systems and search infrastructures in enterprise environments. • A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related technical field. • Proficiency in AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex and experience with vector databases. • Strong understanding of data modelling, indexing strategies, and performance monitoring for generative AI applications. • Ability to work effectively in a regulated environment where compliance and system robustness are critical.
