About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Software Engineer specializing in AI to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing and deploying scalable AI platforms and intelligent applications that incorporate emerging AI capabilities into production environments. You will act as a hands-on technical leader, responsible for designing, coding, reviewing, and improving complex backend systems supporting AI-powered products and services. Your expertise will drive the development of large language model applications, retrieval-augmented generation, and other advanced AI solutions that align with Moody’s strategic goals. This position offers the opportunity to influence technical direction, mentor engineering talent, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI-driven solutions.
