Description

Bring a proven ERP to a brand-new plant in Thailand. This role is with Gainhow Printing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. This listing appears under the Mae Mae Industrial page while our own company page is being set up โ€” your application goes directly to the Gainhow Printing (Thailand) hiring team. Gainhow Printing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is the newly established Thailand operation of Gainhow Printing Group โ€” one of Taiwan's largest commercial printing companies. We are building a new production facility in Bangpu, Samut Prakan, with commercial operations targeted for 2027. You would be joining at the very beginning. About the role You will not be building an ERP from scratch. Gainhow's ERP already exists, it is mature, and it runs the group's entire operation in Taiwan โ€” orders, pricing, production scheduling and shipping all flow through it. Your job is to make that system work here. That means being fluent in the language the system is written in. It is a Windows desktop application built in C# on the .NET Framework, connecting directly to MS SQL Server, with a large share of the business logic implemented in stored procedures. You will read that codebase, adapt it, extend it where Thailand genuinely differs, and then own it once it is live. Please note: this is desktop application work, not web development. What you will do Fit-gap analysis โ€” interview our sales, production, warehouse, purchasing and finance teams to map how our Thai operation differs from the group standard, and propose how to close each gap.Configuration and localization โ€” implement those gaps through system configuration and targeted customization across the WinForm interface, C# business logic and SQL stored procedures.Tax and compliance localization โ€” work with our finance team and external tax advisors to translate Thai VAT, withholding tax and invoicing requirements correctly into system behaviour.Thai language rollout โ€” build the Thai content for screens, documents and reports. Our multi-language framework already exists; you are adding a language, not building the mechanism.Data migration โ€” write and validate the programs that clean, map and migrate master data such as customers, suppliers, item codes and inventory.Local integration โ€” connect the system to Thai banks, logistics providers and our production and warehouse equipment.Testing, UAT and training โ€” write test cases, guide key users through acceptance testing, produce Thai operating documentation, and train the people who will use the system every day.Ongoing ownership โ€” after go-live, resolve issues, support users, tune SQL performance and make the adjustments the business asks for. You will work closely with our technical team in Taiwan, who built the system and will support you throughout. You will not be responsible for servers, networks or database administration โ€” a dedicated infrastructure engineer handles that. What we are looking for Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Mathematics or a related computing field.Hands-on experience building or maintaining Windows desktop applications in C# WinForm (.NET Framework) โ€” comfortable working in both the interface and the business logic behind it.Strong MS SQL Server capability: you can read, write and tune stored procedures independently, you understand transaction correctness, and you have used LINQ. This is the most important requirement in the role. The ability to work across a full feature โ€” interface, logic and database โ€” rather than in a single layer.Experience on real system development or implementation projects, with a record of delivering working software.Thai at native or fluent level, and English strong enough to read technical documentation and communicate in writing with our Taiwan team.Comfortable using AI coding assistants (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor and similar) for code review, refactoring, test generation and SQL optimization โ€” and clear-eyed that their output always needs verifying. Nice to have ERP implementation or support experience โ€” the single strongest advantage for this role.Experience implementing an ERP or accounting system in Thailand, and familiarity with Thai tax and compliance requirements.Database performance tuning: index design, execution plan analysis, working with large data volumes.Client/server deployment experience (ClickOnce or similar version-update mechanisms).Integration work โ€” third-party APIs, message queues, e-invoicing.Experience working across teams or countries. Conversational Chinese is a plus, but it is not required โ€” English is our working technical language. Background in manufacturing, printing, e-commerce or payments. What we offer Competitive salary, negotiable based on experience, plus benefits in line with Thai labour law and company policy.Training and technical exchange at Gainhow's facilities in Taiwan.Real ownership: you will be the technical owner of the ERP for our Thailand operation, not one developer among many.A proven system and an experienced group technical team behind you โ€” with the autonomy to make the local decisions. How to apply Apply through LinkedIn, or send your CV to arnoc@maemae.co.th. In your application, please tell us briefly about one feature you have worked on end to end โ€” from the user interface through to the database. We review applications on a rolling basis. Gainhow Printing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is an equal opportunity employer. All applications are treated in confidence.
