As Lead Site Reliability Engineer, you will lead a team of engineers in the design, development, implementation and maintenance of the Identity platforms and infrastructure. You will advocate for SRE best practices, adopt observability tools, as well as identify and reduce toil through automation. In collaboration with engineering leaders from other teams or platforms, you will be responsible in exploring innovative solutions to ensure security, reliability and optimum performance of our identity and access management platforms. In addition, you will participate in incident management and team roster activities and be involved in reviewing and improving our processes. What You Offer Strong programming and problem-solving skills with a general programming language (Java preferred)Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, New Relic, Dynatrace, or SIEM tools such as SplunkExperience with continuous integration and relevant tools, such as Git, and Atlassian products like Bitbucket, Bamboo, Jira, etc.Critical thinking skills, with extensive experience in supporting mission critical systemsPractical experience in cloud infrastructure such as Amazon Web ServicesUnderstanding of Agile development processes, release management processes and production supportAbility to operate as part of a team in a changing environment with a proven record of transforming existing capabilities and processes while maintaining service qualityExcellent communication skills and ability to work with teams globally.
