Forward Deployed Engineer

Forward Deployed Engineer — Deploy AI agents for enterprise customers end-to-end. Warsaw, on-site. An AI platform company is helping large enterprises become AI-driven organisations. Their core product: deploying AI agents that operate reliably in production, solving real operational problems end-to-end for enterprise customers. As Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll work directly and in-person with customers to understand critical workflows, design AI-driven solutions, and deploy agents that operate reliably in production. You’ll own projects end-to-end — from problem definition and system design through to launch and iteration — and be accountable for real business impact. This is not a build-it-and-hand-it-off role. You’ll be a hands-on generalist who thrives in ambiguity, learns fast, and works across systems while partnering with enterprises as they become AI-driven organisations. What You’ll Do → Partner with customers to understand operational challenges and success criteria → Translate open-ended problems into clear technical designs and implementations → Build AI agents that integrate with customer systems and perform real tasks → Own deployments — reliability, performance, and continuous improvement → Test with real data, measure outcomes, and iterate → Collaborate with Product & Engineering to ship high-quality solutions What We’re Looking For → 3+ years in technical problem-solving roles → Experience with solution scoping, discovery workshops, or early-stage AI/technical strategy → Strong fundamentals in software and system design → High-agency mindset — comfortable creating clarity and driving decisions without perfect requirements → Experience working across systems, integrations, and data flows → Curiosity and genuine interest in building AI-powered systems that work in practice → Based in Warsaw, on-site Bonus: forward-deployed or solutions engineering background AI agents, automation, or conversational systems production systems experience What is TechTree?
