Exchange Solutions is building an AI-first, API-driven loyalty platform supporting high-volume, multi-tenant enterprise retail programs across North America. The Senior Full-Stack Engineer operates within an AI-augmented engineering environment, using agentic development tools such as Claude Code as a core part of the software development lifecycle. This role owns the design, development, testing, deployment, and operational excellence of scalable full-stack solutions across a Next.js/React frontend and serverless AWS backend, while helping establish best practices for AI-assisted software engineering.
