RPA Developer

Join a team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Robotic Process Automation solutions. We are looking for someone who would like to be involved in the entire automation lifecycle, from understanding business needs and designing solutions to implementation, support, and continuous improvement. Your tasks Designing and developing business process automations using Blue PrismCollaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Managing and progressing work items through Azure DevOps while supporting the delivery lifecycle of RPA solutionsCreating and maintaining Power BI reports to monitor robot performance, execution volumes, and automation effectivenessDeploying and supporting automation solutions in production, ensuring their stability and successful operationInvestigating and resolving incidents while adapting automations to changes in source systems Requirements At least 3 years of experience designing and developing RPA solutions using Blue PrismExperience working with business stakeholders, gathering requirements, and supporting or conducting UAT activitiesUnderstanding of the full automation lifecycle, from design and implementation to production support and maintenanceExperience with Azure DevOps and familiarity with release management processes in an enterprise environmentFamiliarity with Power BI reporting and monitoring the performance of automation solutionsVery good command of English and Polish, enabling effective communication in an international environmentResidence in Poland Job no.
