You’ll report to Marcin (Engineering Domain/Metier Group Manager based in Katowice), and work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates. You'll positively impact rail control solutions and onboard software systems. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, taking care of everything design, development, maintenance, testing, and evaluation of software using C#,C/C++, and much more. You’ll specifically offer support to your colleagues with Control Build design and integration activities. We’ll look to you for: Contributing to the elaboration of the software specification & architecture, in collaboration with the software architect Developing software components Performing the software components detailed design & coding Setting up the software development tool chain Specify, design, prepare and perform tests and verifications of his / her deliverables Putting software work products under configuration management Supporting software / software integration, together with the other software designers Supporting hardware / software integration, together with the hardware designers Essentials: knowledge and experience in complex software & hardware architectures , associated tools (GIT, EWM, DOORS) C#, C/C++ testing embedded experience.
