Description

Who we are We are responsible for establishing strategies for global core data and IT systems, building and operating data pipelines and platforms to ensure stable collection, cleansing, processing, and delivery of enterprise data. We also provide valuable data on a timely basis based on clear data governance and technical architecture, and enhance the foundational infrastructure for global services and mobility platforms. Responsibilities In this role, you will build and operate data pipelines and data platforms, enhance enterprise‑wide data usability through standardized data structures and governance, and improve the efficiency of data provisioning across the organization. ■ Data Platform Engineer Developing and operating data platform Design and build platform architectures for large‑scale data utilization, and develop user‑friendly data processing and analytics tools Establish strategies for cloud/on‑premise platform construction and operate cluster, dashboard, and access‑management systems Ensure platform stability and manage operations through 24/7 monitoring Optimizing and packaging open‑source performance Analyze and tune the performance of open‑source technologies such as Spark, Trino, and Airflow Resolve configuration and operational issues and build data‑platform packages Perform open‑source–based performance optimization and deployment packaging ■ Data Engineering Architect Developing data platform development and building pipeline Design and standardize pipelines for data collection, cleansing, and loading Optimize end‑to‑end (ingest–process–serve) data flows aligned with domain needs Define interface standards and manage data quality and performance for system integration Enhancing data platform architecture Enhance modular, scalable open‑source–based platform architecture and reference designs Design governance, security, catalog, and metadata frameworks and embed them into operations Implement lakehouse/feature‑store architectures and optimize performance and cost Developing data platform observability system Build observability using logs, metrics, and traces with alert rules and dashboard standards Establish incident/event management processes and operationalize response workflows Ensure platform visibility and manage operational indicators based on SLO/SLA Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering Minimum 5 years of data/platform engineer experience Proficiency in English (fluent in both written and oral business communication) Experience in building, operating, and utilizing large-scale distributed cluster environments Experience in establishing and applying governance across the full data lifecycle Those who have distributed data pipeline development skills (Python/Java + Spark/Flink) Experience in operating workflow orchestration tools (Airflow/Dagster) Those who have container orchestration and deployment automation skills (Kubernetes/Helm/Docker) Preferred Qualifications Experience in operations utilizing pipeline and governance capabilities within platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or Palantir Experience in implementng end‑to‑end pipeline automation — from source data ingestion through delivery — resulting in measurable reductions in lead time Experience in establishing integrated observability frameworks based on ELK (or ClickStack), ClickHouse, Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry Experience of working with multi‑connector data ingestion and integration solutions such as Airbyte or Fivetran Experience in schema design and performance tuning for databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, Redis, ClickHouse, or MongoDB Others [Notes] In accordance with the employment protection laws, eligible candidates (disabled individuals, veterans, etc.) will receive preferential benefits during the process.
