We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Service Cloud and preferably Revenue Cloud or relevant CPQ experience to join a global EU project with one of Accenture’s long-term clients. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end technical solutions using Salesforce best practices, from understanding business requirements through development, testing, and deployment. Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, location, effort, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience. We are hiring at the following management levels, and any offer will align with the gross base pay range according to the level at which you are assessed: Senior Analyst: EUR 1700 – 3400 Team Lead: EUR 1900 – 4700 Key responsibilities: Develop, configure, and maintain custom solutions using Apex, Flows and LWC. Participate in business requirements definition and clarification. Understand user stories and provide accurate workload estimates. Conduct system unit testing to deliver high-quality and reliable solutions. Support junior members of the team. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development is preferred; strong candidates with less experience may also be considered. Good understanding of Agile methodology and Scrum team working principles. Hands-on experience with Service Cloud is required. Revenue Cloud or Salesforce CPQ experience is highly preferred. Good knowledge of Apex, Flows, and LWC. Basic understanding of Salesforce integrations and integration patterns. Proficient oral and written communication skills in English. Strong communication skills, as the role requires frequent alignment across teams. Desired Qualifications: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer, App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant, or Revenue Cloud/CPQ-related certifications) are considered an advantage. Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using SOAP and REST APIs. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
