For international markets, Qonnect focuses on an AI Predictive Maintenance SaaS platform that turns machine condition data into real-time monitoring, AI-driven anomaly detection, and actionable alerts. The platform integrates with a wide range of industrial devices and existing monitoring systems, enabling seamless adoption. Through strategic partnerships with hardware manufacturers, distributors, and system integrators, Qonnect provides complete predictive maintenance solutions to industrial customers. Our head office is located at the 100 Years Building in Bangsue, Bangkok, with working hours from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Remote work is available for 3-4 days per week. Role Description The DevOps Engineer will design, implement, and maintain cloud and on-premises infrastructure to support Qonnect’s Industrial AI and IIoT platforms. This full-time with special contract, on-site role is based in Bangkok and involves building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, managing deployment workflows, and ensuring high availability and reliability of production systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include automating infrastructure provisioning, monitoring system performance, managing Linux-based servers, and collaborating with software engineers and data teams to improve scalability and security. The DevOps Engineer will also help define operational best practices, implement observability and incident response processes, and contribute to continuous improvement of development and release cycles. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (GitLab CI/CD).Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.Implement best practices for continuous integration, testing, and deploymentFamiliarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible is an advantage.Collaborate closely with the IT team to ensure AI applications meet system performance, availability, and scalability standards. • Strong experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, HuaweiAt least 1 years of experience in DevSecOps, DevOps
