Full Stack Developer

Role Description We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications and software solutions across both front-end and back-end systems. The role involves translating business and technical requirements into reliable applications, developing responsive user interfaces, building APIs and server-side services, integrating databases and third-party services, and ensuring application performance, security, and usability. You will collaborate with product, design, engineering, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle. Responsibilities may also include debugging, code reviews, automated testing, technical documentation, system optimization, and continuous improvement of development processes and application architecture. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.Strong understanding of software development principles, web technologies, data structures, algorithms, and system design.Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.Proficiency in back-end development using languages or frameworks such as Java, Python, Node.js, C#, or similar technologies.Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, authentication, and application integration.Experience working with relational or NoSQL databases and a good understanding of database design and data management.Familiarity with Git, version control, testing practices, debugging, and code review processes.Understanding of responsive design, web performance, security, and cross-browser compatibility.Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, containers, or DevOps practices is an advantage.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to code quality and technical detail.Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to evolving technical requirements.Strong sense of ownership, engineering discipline, and commitment to building reliable, maintainable software.
