Platform Engineering Manager

Our code-first approach values solving problems through programming rather than manual processes, and we're impelmenting AI-powered tooling to further enhance our capabilities. We value effective delegation, timely delivery, and incremental improvements. You'll have a significant influence on our DevOps practices and tooling choices. In this role, you’ll: Lead one of our existing Platform teams (infra/DevOps) and keep delivery consistent and predictableOwn people leadership - hire, mentor, and develop engineers while keeping the team healthy and performingManage capacity, risk, and dependencies: plan realistically, unblock the team quickly, and handle escalations earlyAlign scope and priorities with the Director of Infrastructure, keeping stakeholders aligned and avoiding churnStrengthen predictable operations - make sure ownership, incident flow, and escalation paths are clear and well-practiced Your skills & experience: Proven experience leading an engineering team (hiring, coaching, performance, delivery ownership)Strong stakeholder management: can translate business needs into a clear plan and keep people alignedPragmatic, ownership-driven mindset: can make trade-offs, push standards, and improve reliability without slowing the team down.
