Software Engineer

An innovative organisation in the healthcare technology space is looking for an experienced engineer to join their agile development team. This role involves contributing to the entire software lifecycle, from design and implementation to maintenance, within a mission-driven environment focused on digitising the health sector. What you'll be doing • Developing software components across the full stack including C#, .NET, and SQL databases. • Working within an agile framework using SCRUM and SAFe methodologies. • Designing and implementing front-end interfaces and middleware REST APIs. • Creating technical concepts in close collaboration with product management. • Ensuring high software quality through technical documentation, refactoring, and maintenance. What we're looking for • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience. • Proven professional experience in software development using C#, .NET, and Visual Studio. • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as Windows Forms, DevExpress, or Blazor. • Experience working within an agile team environment. • Proficiency in both German and English, with a proactive and quality-oriented mindset.
