JOB DESCRIPTION Job title : Senior Devops Job Description Job description 1. Project Overview & Role Summary You will join the Continuous Improvement Team as a Cloud Engineer, focusing on the continuous improvement and optimization of existing solutions for our US-based client, Halliburton. The role requires ensuring the production environment operates smoothly, providing automated deployment solutions for new environments, and actively reducing infrastructure costs. You will collaborate closely with a team comprising a Team Lead, Cloud Engineers, and interact directly with development teams from the United States. 2. Key Responsibilities Provision and manage scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure platforms using Terraform. Automate system configuration, software installations, and infrastructure management across multi-cloud environments using Ansible and AWX (Ansible Tower).Design, implement, and maintain Azure/AWS Landing Zones to support secure, compliant, and scalable multi-account architectures.Act as a Cloud Engineer to manage, monitor, and troubleshoot over 100+ accounts in both AWS and Azure environments. Develop and implement cost-saving solutions and enhancement features on AWS and Azure with AWS Lambda and Azure Function App. Execute Blue-Green deployments for infrastructure and Kubernetes environments. Automate the redeployment of existing and new environments, aiming for nearly 100% infrastructure automation. Apply image hardening protocols to base images, including Windows Server and RHEL, ensuring high-security standards. Integrate AI tools into DevOps-specific AI Usage Policies for optimized code generation and log analysis. 3.
