Senior Backend Engineer

Experience: 7 8+ years requiredCore Skills: Kotlin, Terraform, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Infrastructure Operations (InfraOps).Backend: Build scalable, secure backend services using Kotlin, with Java/Spring Boot/Spring Security and Node.js as additional skills.APIs & Architecture: Strong experience with REST APIs, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, and integration services.Cloud/Containers: Strong Azure experience, including AKS, Kubernetes, Helm, and containerized application deployment.InfraOps/DevOps: Experience with Terraform Cloud/Enterprise, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Ansible, ArgoCD/GitOps.CI/CD & Testing: Build automated CI/CD pipelines and use JUnit, Cucumber, BDD, TDD, and automated testing frameworks.SRE/Observability: Knowledge of SRE, Agile, DevOps, GitOps, logging, monitoring, alerting, and operational tooling.Security: Design secure cloud-native solutions; knowledge of Azure networking/security, container security, secrets management, governance, and compliance.Leadership: Collaborate across development/platform/infrastructure teams, mentor engineers, drive code quality, automation, and engineering best practices.Top Must-Have Skills: Kotlin, Terraform/IaC, InfraOps, Azure, Kubernetes/AKS, REST APIs, Microservices, CI/CD, GitOps, Cloud-Native Development
