Sr. .NET Developer

Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and modernization of enterprise applications using C#, .NET Core/.NET 8, ASP.NET Core, and Web APIs.Architect and implement scalable Microservices and distributed systems.Design and optimize complex SQL Server databases, including data modeling, indexing, stored procedures, performance tuning, and query optimization.Develop secure and scalable RESTful APIs and enterprise integration solutions.Design and implement cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure, including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Azure Service Bus, Azure Storage, Azure Key Vault, and Azure API Management.Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and mentoring to development teams.Lead code reviews and establish development best practices, coding standards, and governance processes.Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Drive CI/CD implementation, DevOps adoption, and application modernization initiatives.Support production environments, troubleshoot critical issues, and perform root cause analysis.Participate in technical planning, effort estimation, roadmap discussions, and solution reviews.Required Qualifications 13+ years of software development experience with Microsoft technologies.Expert-level experience with:C#.NET Framework & .NET Core/.NET 6/7/8ASP.NET MVCASP.NET CoreASP.NET Core Web APIEntity Framework / Entity Framework CoreSQL ServerExtensive experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud services and cloud-native application development.Strong experience designing and implementing Microservices Architecture.Deep understanding of software design patterns, SOLID principles, dependency injection, and enterprise architecture.Experience with authentication and security technologies including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and JWT.Strong expertise in Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.Proven experience leading development teams and mentoring junior and intermediate developers.Preferred Skills Angular, React, or modern front-end framework experience.Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployments.Messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus.Experience with AI/ML integrations, Azure OpenAI, or Generative AI solutions.Experience working within Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Retail, or Public Sector environments.Leadership Expectations Act as a technical lead for complex development initiatives.Drive architecture and design discussions.Mentor developers and foster engineering excellence.Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.Ensure adherence to security, performance, scalability, and operational best practices.Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.Microsoft Azure certifications are highly desirable.please find the additional information for your reference.
