Description

What You’ll Do Support and maintain a specific platform or application including creation of new environments, software upgrades, and tuning. Contributing in the creation and amendment of automation scripts and supporting documentation. Provide software deployment services for QA and production environments. Assist with application performance monitoring and tuning. Be actively involved in protecting the uptime and performance of the application. Ability to understand complex business issues and identify technical solutions. Ability to communicate direction clearly to other members of the team. Evaluate the impact of the updates on the system and assess any associated risks. Check for compatibility issues with existing applications and services. Conduct extensive testing to ensure that the updates do not cause any unexpected issues. Deploy the updates to the production environment. Identify the root cause of the issues and work on implementing the required changes to fix them. What Experience You Need BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding (e.g., physics or mathematics), or equivalent job experience required 2-5 years of professional experience and/or related training in specific platform tools Cloud Certification Strongly Preferred What Could Set You Apart GCP Experience or similar (AWS - Azure) English Fluency CI/CD Terraform or similar
