Proven track record improving developer workflows, self-service capabilities, or internal platforms. Understanding of networking (TLS, DNS, HTTP, GRPC, proxies). Experience with modern observability practices and tooling (instrumentation, metrics, logs, tracing, profiling). WHY JOIN US Make a real impact - you’ll have significant influence over the direction of the platform and shape how platform engineering works across the company. Platform at the center of transformation - as the organization continues its transition to microservices, the platform sits at pole position, with rapid growth and growing strategic importance. Modern, cloud-native stack - we invest in staying current with the cloud-native ecosystem and evolving our architecture accordingly. Ideas matter here - we value curiosity, experimentation, and thoughtful innovation, and give engineers space to turn ideas into reality. Supportive, low-ego culture - you’ll work with collaborative teammates who care about helping each other succeed and building great things together.
