Cost Engineer – Offshore / EPC Projects We are looking for a Senior Cost Engineer to manage, validate and control project costs across complex engineering projects, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Develop, review and validate cost estimates, budgets and forecasts in line with project scope and execution plans.Monitor project performance and analyse cost variances, trends and risks.Maintain accurate cost reports, KPIs and financial dashboards.Support change management processes, including cost impact assessments.Apply cost control methodologies and earned value management (EVM) principles.Challenge project assumptions to drive cost efficiency and budget adherence.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between cost, schedule and execution strategy.Profile Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance or a related discipline.Minimum 10 years of experience in cost engineering and project controls, with specific experience in project estimating.Good Oracle Primavera skillsProven experience in offshore, EPC, construction or Oil & Gas projects.Strong knowledge of cost estimation, forecasting and project cost control methodologies.
