We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our team and support government and enterprise customers in their digital transformation journey.
You will be responsible for the customization, extension, and integration of Salesforce, delivering solutions tailored to customer-specific requirements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce modules.

Key Responsibilities
Experience & Skills Required
Work closely with customers, business analysts, and architects to understand requirements and translate them into technical designsDevelop custom Salesforce components using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and FlowCustomize standard and custom objects, workflows, approval processes, and validation rulesImplement Salesforce integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or third-party connectorsLead and mentor junior Salesforce developers on coding standards, design patterns, and troubleshootingParticipate in technical planning, estimation, and code reviewsEnsure solutions follow Salesforce best practices and comply with security and performance requirementsSupport data migration, sandbox deployment, and production rollout
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experienceProficiency in Apex, LWC, Flow Builder, and Salesforce DXExperience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce modulesStrong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security, and governor limitsExperience with integrating Salesforce with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)Familiarity with CI/CD tools for Salesforce (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, etc.)Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologiesSalesforce Platform Developer I certification required (Developer II or Architect certs preferred)Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsEducation: Bachelor's degree or above
