Job Opportunity - Senior Software Engineer Work Type: Remote-Ireland We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join a collaborative team developing innovative digital solutions within the healthcare sector. This is a remote role based in Ireland, offering the opportunity to work on impactful applications using modern web technologies while collaborating with talented teams across the business. Job Responsibilities Lead the development and maintenance of high-quality, scalable web applications using Angular and TypeScript.Build reactive applications using NgRx and RxJS, with a focus on performance, scalability and maintainability.Design and develop reusable components and component libraries.Integrate applications with REST APIs and backend services.Work closely with cross-functional and distributed teams to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.Contribute to technical design, architecture and continuous improvement initiatives.Support code quality through code reviews, automated testing, debugging and best practices.Contribute to Agile development practices and help drive effective technical solutions across the team.Job Requirements 3+ years of professional experience developing applications with Angular.Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML and CSS, with strong experience in NgRx and RxJS.Experience developing reactive web applications and reusable component libraries.Strong understanding of REST APIs and service integration.Experience with distributed version control systems, browser testing and debugging.Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jasmine and Karma.Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.Experience with cloud architectures, SQL databases or REST service development would be advantageous.Experience with Java or Kotlin and Spring Boot would be beneficial.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively within a distributed Agile team.If this Senior Software Engineer job is of interest to you apply now or contact Brian Stack at Collins McNicholas Recruitment to learn more.
